TRAINING OUR TEAM
All our teams undertake specific task related training. Kicking off with our company induction, health and safety, PPE, handling hazardous substances, job specific risk assessments, standard operating procedures, checklists, test cleans and our quality assurance procedures. This initial training is followed by regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) throughout our employees careers, which includes annual refresher training on our task related training policies and procedures.

From scheduling and quality control to client communication, staff coordination and site management. Essentially, our operations team plays a vital role in keeping Myton Cleaning running smoothly every day.
SITE SUPERVISOR TEAM
Our site supervisors play a key role in ensuring that our cleaning services are delivered to the highest standard. They oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, support cleaning teams and maintain quality control. They also ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
CLEANING TEAM
Our cleaning team is at the heart of Myton Cleaning, delivering our professional, reliable and high-quality cleaning services across every site we service. They have strong attention to detail and take pride in their work. Our cleaning team are committed to creating clean, safe and welcoming environments for our clients.
CONTRACTOR TEAM
Our contract cleaners provide flexible, reliable cleaning support across a wide range of residential, commercial and
specialised cleaning environments. Working as an extension of the Myton Cleaning team, they help us to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services while maintaining the professional standards our clients expect.
